J.O. Williams - Polygraph Examiner
J.O. Williams has been licensed since 1979 (Oklahoma License #028) and administers polygraph examinations for Attorneys, Armored Car services, Commercial Businesses (EPPA), Law Enforcement agencies, private individuals, churches and religious organizations.
On March 1, 1983, Governor George Nigh appointed J.O. Williams to serve on the five-member Oklahoma Polygraph Examiners Board, after being approved by the Senate Judiciary Committee and confirmed by the full Senate. J.O. Williams has served five consecutive Oklahoma Governors, longer than anyone in the history of the Board. His experience in both private and public law enforcement (1970 - 2004) include serving as a deputy sheriff, uniformed police officer, supervisor, investigator and (interim) police chief. Since January, 1995, he has served in the most fulfilling position of his career, as pastor of Bellaire Assembly, where he brings a multi-faceted approach to the verse:
